Terms and Conditions

For some bookings/sessions a non refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.

A reschedule is at the discretion of one of The Ranch Xtreme directors and is not guaranteed.

​

 

For overdue monies (over 30 days from date of invoice), The Ranch Xtreme reserves the right to add on additional administration fees.   

These fees are calculated at 8% plus the current Bank of England base interest rate. This is at the discretion of The Directors and we will hope to work in partnership to find a solution before implementing these charges.

Note: The Ranch Xtreme runs term dates in line with the Local Authority Term Dates

INSET Days are not factored in to the Service Level Agreement.

Our Alternative Provision is not subject to INSET days and as such the provision for all allocated young people remains in place. Therefore the breakdown of costings includes provision for these days and will be charged as if these days are attended, as their placement is open to them.

Alternative Provision is commissioned per term and the break down into 4 weekly payments is for administrative ease for the provision and school.

​

Any absence will be charged for as per the agreement. This includes appointments and illness, holidays. This is to ensure that the placement for the young person is held and their provision is not affected.
